Our delivery service uses both Australia Post and Fast Way Couriers depending on your location.

One question we sometimes get asked is: Why do we charge freight when some other companies don’t?

This is a good question and basically for us it comes down to a simple choice between having higher prices with free delivery or lower prices with a standard freight charged. At this point in time we have chosen to keep our prices lower.

Delivery Fee:

We have one standard delivery fee for all orders of $7.70 - regardless of however many products you have.

Delivery times:

Please note that our Courier morning deliveries are collected by 8:30am which means that your order will probably be received depending on location the next day. If however you miss our morning deliveries being shipped then the chances are that you will receive your order the next day or day after depending on your location. As a basic guide allow approximately 1 -3 days for delivery depending on area.

Pick Up:

Locals (QLD) are welcome to pick up orders - do not purchase online you will need phone your order through prior to collection.
