Our product range comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee to our customers. If for any reason you have a problem with your inkjet or toner cartridge we will provide you with a FREE REPLACEMENT.

 

Warranty & Returning Merchandise

Any defective items need to be returned to our warehouse for testing purposes. Defective items must be returned to us in order to receive a replacement at your cost. Please note we do not take responsibility for returned items lost in the mail, we advise you to send these items via a registered mail service. For replacements of non working products, delivery charges from our location to yours with the replacement product are FREE.

 

OEM Cartridges (HP, Canon, Lexmark, Epson, etc.) are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. If you have a defective item, we will be happy to honour its warranty and provide you with a replacement.

 

Please Note: We will 'NOT' refund products which have been opened; if unused we will exchange them only. Used cartridges will not be accepted for replacement unless defective and will not be refunded. All refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase must be supplied. Empty cartridges will 'NOT' be accepted for refund or replacement.


Returns

All returns require an RMA number before you send the merchandise back. Contact us via email or phone: 1300 722 342 to Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number, if contact via email we will reply within 24 hours with your RMA number.

 

Acceptable Reason for return:

  • Defective - Product was defective or damaged when it arrived.
  • Wrong item delivered - got the wrong item not the ordered one by mistake
  • Ordered the wrong item.
